   Anybody know where i can find a review on the Mendini by Cecilio trumpets?

   I am thinking of getting one on eBay. I also want to know if any of you have bought one and if it arrived. Its just a little fishy that a well know GERMAN trumpet only goes for 89.99 plus 19.99 shiping and handling.

   I have never seen any Cecilio brass instruments here in the US, but I have seen and played their woodwinds (clarinet, flute, and saxophone) and find them to be poorly built instruments that play OK...

   Ok here is the deal my mom bought a Mendini by Cecilio Nickel Plated Bb Trumpet because it was cheaper then fixing my blessing and renting a horn for two weeks, but I have never heard of the brand and dint know how it plays...... I need feed back...

   They're dirt-cheap horns, and you'll get your money's worth. The Cecilio website mentions an overseas factory, which probably means China (or possibly India). Either way, the instruments are junk....

   Lacquered scrap metal. On that tight of a budget, consider checking Craigslist for a used horn. Look for reputable brands such as Bach, Yamaha, Getzen, Holton, Besson, Conn, King, or even Bundy.
