Car makers posts higher sales in November; Maruti down time 6a-Economic Times

NEW DELHI: the most important car manufacturers in the country, except for the market leader Maruti Suzuki India today reported growth in sales in the month of November on the back of new models, despite a stagnant market.

Maruti Suzuki India has recorded sales of 82,870 units in the domestic market last month, down 1 percent from 19.15, 02 503, unit in November 2010. The company's sales fell for the sixth consecutive month of this fiscal.
